A group is defined as 10 or more passengers travelling together; if the number of passengers decreases from those quoted the per passenger cost may increase and could be subject to a change of the conditions of travel.
Standard Deposit: A minimum non-refundable deposit of 10-30% of the total booking value is required to secure your booking and will be advised at quotation. On receipt of this deposit your booking will be requested and confirmed subject to availability of all services. Receipt of payment signifies the acceptance of the costs of services provided, and the booking conditions contained herein. Additional deposits such as those charged by hotels, airlines, cruise companies or local operators will be invoiced to you, but are subject to advice from our operators. Cancellation fees and conditions of these suppliers over and above those written below will be advised to you in writing. Two quotations will be provided free of charge. Subsequent re-quotes can only be done after receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
Final Payment: Payment for the balance of services is generally due 60-90 days prior to departure and will be advised to you at the time of confirming the booking. For bookings made inside 60 days prior to departure, balance of payment is required upon confirmation. If you fail to meet payment conditions CC School Groups reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the appropriate cancellation charges. Late payment may result in late issue of documentation which will not be issued until the company is in receipt of full payment.
Payment is accepted via cheque (allowing 5 business days for clearance), Direct Debit, BPay or Credit Card (plus merchant fee).
If payment has not been made by a specific date advised to you, your booking may be cancelled. Deposits merely hold the reservations and do not guarantee prices if final payments are not made on time due to not receiving funds on time. Prior to your final payment, suppliers may change prices without notice. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to automatic cancellation.
Any changes to quotes are subject to availability and confirmation. Amendments made less than 60 days prior to departure may be considered as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation fees advised at the time of confirmation.
Booking Cancellation and Amendment Charges:
All cancellations must be made in writing to CC School Groups. All bookings are subject to cancellation fees stated at the time of confirmation.
Booking cancellation and amendment charges may be payable in respect of certain transactions. These fees may include cancellation fees and, where amendment is permitted, amendment fees.
Before entering into a transaction, you should carefully check to see whether any other cancellation or amendment fees apply. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking. is unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant travel service provider CC School Groups.
Fares & Prices:
Airfares and prices include airport taxes, port and handling charges or other charges when stated are always subject to Airline/ Supplier availability.
Airline/Supplier availability, fare conditions and class of travel can change at any time up to time of final payment. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Airlines and other Suppliers may withdraw or change their prices without notice before final payment.
We strongly recommend travel insurance cover. Please advise if you would like us to arrange travel insurance. Should you require documentation or assistance lodging a claim where CC School Groups did not provide the travel insurance, a fee will be payable.
Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade Warnings:
For reasons of political unrest, acts of war or terrorism or natural disasters in certain parts of the world the Australian Government in conjunction with various other worldwide bodies may decide to issue a Government Advisory warning to Australian passport holders not the travel to that country. In these instances whilst travel to some countries is not advisable and some clauses of the travel insurance coverage may not be affective we appreciate that some clients may still need to travel to those areas. Whilst we are prepared to make these bookings on our clients behalf we do so without responsibility or liability. Up to date information is available on the Department of Foreign Affairs website at www.dfat.gov.au It is recommended that all Australian travellers register their personal details i.e. passport numbers, contact details in Australia and the countries you will be visiting. Simply register via the website at www.orao.dfat.gov.au to utilise this service.
In the event that an accident, disaster or emergency is reported to have occurred in a country where you may be travelling, you authorise CC School Groups to disclose to the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade details of your itinerary (including without limitation, transport and accommodation arrangements) and your contact details within Australia and overseas.
Contractual Acceptance of Travel Conditions:
Client/s accepts that a contractual relationship exists with CC School Groups (Trading as Cara Campbell – MTA Travel Agents) on payment and acceptance of monies relating to travel arrangements.
